Your Questions Answered

Below you’ll find answers to some of the more common questions we receive. If you feel like you didn’t find the answer you were looking for, feel free to contact us for more information.

Ellie and Tori both have the same fee structure. Each session is £40.00 for individuals before 6pm and £50 after 6pm or at weekends. They also self-fund a low-cost counselling offer. There are a limited number of these low-cost sessions per week, and a waiting list is kept when they are oversubscribed; with allocation based on the date of enquiry. For more information, please complete an enquiry form on the Home page.

WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS HELD?

Ellie has a counselling room in her home in Hewish, which she shares with her husband, who is also a counsellor.  Tori offers outdoor therapy or walk and talk while her counselling room is being built at home.  Both Ellie and Tori are also qualified in Online and Telephone Counselling allowing clients to access therapy from around the UK

It does vary considerably and depends on what you would like to work on, so it isn't easy to answer.  We review regularly and acknowledge that there are many factors involved with how many sessions each client has.

They are usually weekly, but we can accommodate shift patterns and irregular sessions to suit each client's circumstances and need.

In this session, we will take some information from you to enable us to work safely and ethically.  It is a chance for you to ask any questions and to see if we are the right counsellor for you.

Please complete our contact form on our home page, and either Ellie or Tori will email or call you back. We recommend a conversation initially so that we can answer any immediate questions and get an idea from you about what you want to achieve out of counselling.   If you call us and we cannot answer the phone, please leave a message (it is completely confidential) stating what number to call you back on, and we will get in touch as soon as we can.
